Repayment period Upto 180 Months
Documents required 1. 3 months’s Pay slips/3 years IT returns (in case of self-employed)

2. 6 months Bank statement

3. Copies of Sale deed/Partition deed/Gift deed

4. Agreement of sale,Title deeds of the property ,RTC/Form 9 and 11A, EC, latest tax paid receipt ,Estimation report

5. Legal Scrutiny Report by our Bank panel lawyer

6. Encumbrance Certificate for 13 years

7. Necessary permissions from competent authorities

8. KYC documents,Cheques etc.
